Ingredients
100 grams Parsley fine
1 pinch Salt, white pepper, black pepper
1 kg Finely minced Lamb
100 grams Finely shopped Onion
1 cup Tehini
1/2 cup Vinegar
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
2 cups Water
3 tablespoon Butter
1 pinch Salt, Pepper
100 grams Pine nuts
Preparation
Mix the meat with the parsley, onion, salt and peppers very well until it holds together.Spread the meat evenly in a buttered cooking plate
Mix the tehini with the lemon juice, the vinegar, the salt and the pepper until cohesive and thick
Add the sauce to the meat and put in the oven heated at 300 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes
Sprinkle the fried pine nuts over the top.
Serve with either rice or fried potatoes
