Ingredients

1 cup tamarind paste

2 Tbsp fish sauce

2 Tbsp soy sauce

2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar

2 Tbsp sugar

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp finely chopped jalapeño

1 lb ground lamb

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except the lamb. Let sit 1/2 hour for flavors to develop. Meanwhile, form lamb into patties. Brush glaze over lamb patties several times over 1 hour, then grill. Grill over medium heat for approx. 20 minutes, flipping once.
