Ingredients

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 chopped onion

1 pound ground lamb

Chopped fresh parsley

Black pepper

Allspice

1 container Greek yogurt

Chopped fresh mint

Lemon juice and zest

Garlic powder

Onion roll

Preparation

Heat oil 1 minute. Cook onion 5 minutes.

Mix lamb, parsley, onion, pepper, and allspice. Separate into 4 patties and cook 4 mins per side.

Mix yogurt with mint, lemon juice and zest,and garlic powder. Serve burgers on toasted onion rolls topped with yogurt.
