Ingredients

4 cloves Garlic

1 teaspoon Sea Salt

1 pound Ground Lamb

1 tablespoons Onion

3 tablespoons Fresh Parsley

1 tablespoon Coriander

1.5 teaspoons Cinnamon

1 teaspoon Cumin

1/2 teaspoon Allspice

1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger

1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

10 Wooden Skewers

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.

Roll Into balls and flatten a little.

Thread onto skewers and put in refrigerator for 30 mins to 12 hours.

Cook on grill for 7.8 minutes.
