Ingredients
1 pound Ground Lamb
1/4 cup Cooked Bulgar, Quinoa, or Rice
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
1/4 cup Chopped parsley
1 tablespoon Mint
1 Finely chopped small onion
Preparation
Combine all ingredients with your hands
Divide into 8 portions
Grill or cook on the stove-top, 4 minutes each side.
