Ingredients

1/2 pound butter (room temperature)

1/2 cup icing sugar

1/2 cup cornstarch

1 cup flour

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Dip hands in flour to coat and roll small amounts of dough into balls.

Flatten with a floured fork on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 8-10 minutes.

Do not brown, remove from oven when edges turn very light brown.

Cool on rack.
