Ingredients

2 tomatoes - grill until blackened

2 jalapenos - grill until blackened

when cool, remove skin and set in a bowl

1/4 c. diced onion

1 clove of garlic

salt

1/2 c. chopped cilantro

Preparation

  1. Grill tomatoes and jalapenos until blackened

  2. When cool, remove skin and set in a bowl

  3. Blend these ingredients with immersion blender until smooth

Add cilantro to blended ingredients.
