Ingredients

1 1/2 cups blueberries

1 cup sugar

1 cup milk

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 RawSpiceBar’s Lavender Sugar

Preparation

  1. Combine RawSpiceBar’s Lavender Sugar (leave a pinch for finishing), 1/2 cup sugar and cup milk in a small saucepan.

  2. Heat the mixture over a medium-low heat until the sugar is fully dissolved. Remove from the burner.

  3. Let the lavender steep in the warm milk for about 5 minutes.

  4. Once the lavender infused milk has cooled to room temperature, strain out the lavender and slowly work it into the Greek yogurt, whisking together.

  5. In a small saucepan combine blueberries and remaining sugar and cook over medium-high heat, until reduced to a syrup, about 5-10 minutes.

  6. To create popsicles, alternate adding the lavender cream and blueberry syrup to molds, creating a marbling effect.

  7. Place a popsicle stick into each mold. Top with a bit of lavender sugar before adding to freezer. Freeze overnight, or for 8 hours or more. Serve and enjoy!
