Ingredients

14.5 oz can roasted diced tomatoes

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

8 oz cream cheese, room temperature

1/2 cup sour cream

8 oz Italian Cheese, finely shredded, divided in 3rds

12 slices pepperoni

4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

8 oz can sliced black olives

Breadsticks or garlic parmesan pretzel chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine tomatoes, seasonings, salt & pepper in a blender until pureed. Set aside.

  3. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream & 1/3 of the shredded cheese. Mix until well combined.

  4. Spread cream cheese mixture in an even layer in a pie plate.

  5. Pour pizza sauce over cream cheese mixture & spread it evenly with a spatula.

  6. Sprinkle on 1/3 of the cheese.

  7. Top with pepperoni & bacon.

  8. Cover the dip completely with the remaining cheese.

  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is browned & bubbly.

  10. Arrange olives on top of the dip.

  11. Serve with the breadsticks or pretzel chips.
