Ingredients

8 chicken thighs•

4 crushed garlic cloves •

½ cup olive oil •

Lemon juice from 2 squeezed lemons •

2 tablespoons paprika •

1 6oz can tomato paste •

1 cup plain no fat Greek yogurt •

3 - 4 tablespoons sumac ** •

1 tsp salt •

3 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper •

10-15 skewers **

Preparation

  • Cut chicken breasts into nugget-size chunks.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together to create a marinade.
  • Place chicken in bowl with marinade and marinate overnight or at least 8 hrs
  • put chicken on skewers and grill; turn only once if possible to keep moist.
