Ingredients

1/4 C olive oil

1/4 C plain yogurt

1 T red wine vinegar

1 t kosher salt

1/2 t ground allspice

1/2 t freshly ground black pepper

1/2 t freshly ground white pepper

1/2 t ground cumin

1 1/2 lb leg of lamb meat, trimmed of fat, and cut into 1-inch pieces

1/4 t minced ginger

1/4 t minced garlic

1 t Lebanese spice powder

Preparation

Combine yogurt, liquids, & spices in bowl and mix. Add lamb cubes. Marinate overnight.
