Ingredients

2 sticks For the Crust: butter

1/2 cup Crust: granulated sugar

2 cups Crust: flour

1/8 teaspoon Crust: salt

6 pieces Filling: Eggs large

3 cups Filling: granulated sugars

2 tablespoons Filling: grated lemon zest

1 cup Filling: lemon juice

1 cup Filling: flour

1 tablespoon Powdered sugar for dusting

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F, line a 9x13 pan with parchment and light spray with non-stick cooking spray

For the Crust: Cream together the softened butter and sugar. Mix in the flour and salt until dough forms

Press the dough into the pan, building up 1/2 inch crust on all sides

Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes or unitil lightly golden brown. Chill

Whisk together all of the remaining indredients (except the powdered sugar) and pour into th cooled crust. Bake for 30-35 minutes until filling is set. Let cool to room temperature or chill overnight. Dust with powdered sugar before cutting and serving.
