Ingredients
1/2 cup Olive Oil
3 tablespoon Capers
5 tablespoon Parmesean Cheese, Grated
1 tablespoon Thyme, chopped
1 Lemon Zest, Grated
1 piece Lemon Juice
1 pound Pasta
Preparation
Mix together oil, lemon juice, capers, Parmesan, thyme and lemon zest in a large bowl. Cook pasta al dente in salted water. Drain and add to the bowl. Toss well and serve.
