Ingredients

3/4 cup fresh lemon juice-4 lemons

3/4 cup olive oil

2 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp pepper

1 TBS fresh minced thyme leaves

Preparation

cover and marinate for 6 hrs or overnight After Grilling the Chicken I cut up Peppers, boiled Potatoes, Kalamata Olives, Sugar Snap Peas, Carrots, Broccoli, or any other veges you want to add.  Top with Sea Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, and Basil or Rosemary (any herb you want).
