Ingredients
2 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup Orzo
1 Lemon Juice
1/3 cup Grated Parmesan
2 tablespoons Marscarpone Cheese
2 tablespoons Butter-cold
2 tablespoons Fresh Chopped Chives
1 tablespoon Fresh Ground Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Lemon Zest
Preparation
Boil the chicken stock. Add the orzo and cook 7-8 minutes until the liquid is absorbed and orzo is tender. Turn off the heat. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
