Ingredients

4 cups Rice ( Basmati or Jasmin)

800 gram Meat or Fish (I prefer Chicken or Prawn)

400 gram Tofu ( out of a Thai Shop )

2-8 Thai Chilies * ( depends on how spicy you want it)

6 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

8 Tablespoon Soja Sauce *

4 Tablespoon Oyster sauce *

4 Thumb sized Ginger Pieces *

8 Garlic Pieces *

4 Green Onions

1 Broccoli

1 Chinese Cabbage

1 Savoy Cabbage

4 Carrots

1 Pack bean sprouts

(or add as much as you prefer)

(2-4 eggs for the next days fried rice)

For Vegan and Vegetarian just leave the Oyster Sauce, Eggs and the Meat or Fish away and take 1 kilo of Tofu or only vegetables instead. (You will need a bit more vegetables.) It still will taste great :)

Preparation

Wash the Rice Start to Boil 4 Cups Rice with 8 Cups Water with the top on, as soon as it Boils reduce the Heat, so that it’s still boiling but don’t overflows. Keep the top on but just half way. Don’t stir and don’t move the cooking Pot. Let it cook 15-20 min till the water is gone, you can check if it’s gone buy sticking a knife between the rice and Pot and look if there’s still water there. Cut the meat, Fish and or Tofu* Chop the Ginger, Garlic, Chilies* Wash & Chop the Green Onions the white and green Part ( Put in a Bowl) Wash & Cut the Broccoli and Carrots* Wash & Cut the Chinese Cabbage and Savoy Cabbage* Wash the bean sprouts Heat the Vegetable Oil Add the bowl with the chillies stir for 30 sec. Add the bowl with the Tofu and Meat Add the Soya- and Oyster-Sauce Cook till the meat is almost done Add the bowl with Broccoli After 5 min add the bowl with Cabbage Cook till it’s soft Add the Bean Sprouts Cook 5 more minutes and it’s done You always can add water and or Soya- & Oyster-Sauce if it gets to dry or you want more flavor. *(Put together in a Bowl)

For the Fried Rice the next Day: Heat Vegetable Oil in a Pan Add the rice fry till its gets dryer Add the Stir Fry Then add the Eggs Fry till the eggs are good and every thing is hot Or you can heat it longer till is a bit crispy
