Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
3 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp onion, diced
1 tsp basil
1/4 cup lime juice
1 clove garlic - minced
1/4 cup white wine
Preparation
Melt butter in a pan and sautee the onions and garlic until soft and fragrant - approximately 3 - 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients and cover. Flip chicken after 5 minutes. Serve with sauce poured over the top.
