1 quart ling cod
2 medium limes, juiced
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
place fish in a baking dish and cover with all ingredients, well blended. Marinade well coated fish for 15 minutes or more.
