Ingredients

1/2 C EVOO

1/4 C finely chopped flat leafed parsley

2 tbsp fresh lemon

2 cloves garlic minced

1 tsp lemon zest

1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined

1 lb linguine tossed in butter

1 pkg 6oz fresh spinach

1 c crumbled feta

Preparation

In pot, heat first 6 ingredients over medium high , season. Add shrimp andcook stirring often until just opaque in the center, 3 minutes. Toss with remaining ingredients until spinach wilts, season.
