Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz butter, softened
1 tbsp grated onion
2 tsp chopped capers
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2tsp caraway seeds
2 tsp chopped parsley
2 tsp chopped chives
Optional : 2-3 minced anchovies
Preparation
Combine the butter and cream cheese. Add everything but the parsley and chives. And beat together. Pack the cheese into a crock and sprinkle the parsley and chives on top.
Serve with crackers.
