1/4 cup Vinegar

1/2 cup Water

1 tablespoon Peppercorns

1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar

2 pieces Bay Leaf

5 cloves Smashed Garlic

1 tablespoon Salt

1 tablespoon Parsley

1 tablespoon Sage

Stir until blended

Add to Poly Bag with meat to marinade-few hours
