Ingredients
28 oz can Peeled San Marzano Tomatoes (no sugar added)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Aleppo pepper flakes
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tb herbs de provence
1 tsp salt (add more if necessary)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Puree tomatoes. Add other ingredients. Vinegar makes it too sweet, takes away from lovely tomato taste.
