Ingredients
2 eggs beaten
1 lb lean ground beef
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tbs chopped parsley (tube)
2 tbs chopped oregano (tube)
1 shallot - minced
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1/3 cup almond flour
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Preparation
Preheat convection oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs in medium bowl.
Add remaining ingredients to bowl.
Mix well and form into 8 large meatballs.
Place in meatball pan and cook for 25 minutes.
