Ingredients
20 grams butter
1.5 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 piece eggs
0.5 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
20 pieces Oreo biscuits
2 cups fresh cream
1 piece Silk Oreo chocolate bar
2 piece Butter paper
Preparation
Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius. And grease the butter paper with butter and then line the tin with butter paper.
Take a blow mix all the dry ingredients in it like flour, baking powder and salt keep it aside.
Now take another bowl beat butter and sugar until soft peaks forms and then add one egg at a time and again beat the mixture after each addition. Pour some vanilla extract into it and mix well.
Combine and butter mixture with dry flour mixture and milk to maintain the consistency of the batter. Mix the batter well.
Pour the batter into tin and dap it on floor to even the top of the batter. And then bake it for 30-35 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
Cool down your cake at room temperature and then take it out from the tin. Refrigerate it for making the cake icing ready.
In large bowl beat fresh cream and sugar until it become fluffy then add small pieces of Oreo biscuits and again grind it just to mix biscuits with vanilla cream.
Cut your cake into three levels and coat each level with the cream and place another level over the bottom one.
Cover all the sides with the Oreo cream and also the top the cake.
Now dazzle some liquid chocolate over the cream and decorate it with silk Oreo chocolate pieces.
