Ingredients

1lb pasta

1/2C olive oil

4 garlic cloves, sliced

zest of two lemons

juice of two lemons

S&P

2C Parmesan

Preparation

  1. put water on for pasta and get pasta in, you will use the water in a second
  2. coat skillet with oil, not too hot
  3. add lemon zest
  4. add garlic and let turn golden
  5. add S&P
  6. add 1/2C pasta water
  7. let simmer to reduce
  8. add pasta to skillet and toss to combine
  9. off heat, squeeze lemon juice over pasta, sprinkle parmesan over pasta and serve
