Ingredients
1lb pasta
1/2C olive oil
4 garlic cloves, sliced
zest of two lemons
juice of two lemons
S&P
2C Parmesan
Preparation
- put water on for pasta and get pasta in, you will use the water in a second
- coat skillet with oil, not too hot
- add lemon zest
- add garlic and let turn golden
- add S&P
- add 1/2C pasta water
- let simmer to reduce
- add pasta to skillet and toss to combine
- off heat, squeeze lemon juice over pasta, sprinkle parmesan over pasta and serve
