Ingredients

1/2 box dried pasta

1 tbsp. butter

1 chopped onion

2 scallions

12 sliced mushrooms

1 shallot

1 1/2 c. cream

1 tbsp. flour

1/4 c. grated Fontina

1/4 c. grated gouda

1/2 c. grated mozzarella

1/2 c. grated cheddar

Black pepper

Dry mustard

Paprika

Thyme

Cayenne

Nutmeg

Fresh bread crumbs

Parmesan

Basil

1 package heated and drained frozen broccoli

Preparation

Cook pasta until al dente.

Melt butter in large pot.

Add onion, scallion, mushrooms, and shallot and cook 10 mins.

Add cream and flour and boil 5 mins.

Reduce heat to low. Stir in pasta, cheese, and pepper, mustard, paprika, thyme, cayenne, and nutmeg to taste. Pour into a casserole dish.

Top with bread crumbs and parmesan and bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.

Sprinkle with basil. Stir in broccoli to taste after serving.
