Ingredients

2 package (16 ounces) elbow macaroni

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 butter

1 med onion

4 cups Milk

3 cups mild cheddar

3 cups extra sharp cheddar

Preparation

*Cook macaroni according to package directions. *In a large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the flour. salt, Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.Add the cheddar cheese *Drain macaroni; transfer to a large bowl. Mix cheese sauce and macaroni.
