Ingredients
8-9 new potatoes
S&P
1C sour cream
1/3C chopped red onion
1/3C fresh dill, chopped
Preparation
- clean pots
- quarter and drop into cold, salted water
- bring to a boil and boil until tender
- drain into mixing bowl
- add other ingredients while pots are still hot and stir to combine
- chill in fridge for four hours and serve
