Ingredients

100g cocoa

200g butter, melted

4 eggs

2 cups sugar

1 tsp vanilla

80g flour (2/3 cup)

1 tsp baking powder

200g dark chocolate chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 150 degrees C. Mix cocoa and butter. Add eggs, sugar and vanilla, and mix to a smooth paste. Sift flour and baking powder, and add. Add chocolate chips. Pour into a base lined swiss roll tin. Bake for 45 mins. Cut into squares when cool.
