Ingredients
1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
1 piece Yellow Onion, Diced
1 tablespoon Curry Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Coriander
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 pieces Mangoes, Peeled and Diced
1 teaspoon Salt
Preparation
Heat oil in saucepan until it begins to smoke.
Add onions and saute until translucent.
Stir in curry powder, cumin, coriander, and cayenne and cook for 2 minutes.
Add mango, sugar, and water and cook until syrupy, about 10-12 minutes.
Season with salt to taste.
