Ingredients
6 cups Shredded purple cabbage
2 tablespoons green onions, white and green thinly sliced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 cup mango, julienned
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients, toss well to distribute flavors. Toss occasionally before serving and again just before serving. Serve at room temp or chilled.
