Ingredients

1 stalk brussel sprouts –Trader Joe’s

3/4 c maple syrup

1/4 EVOO

s&p

dried cranberries for garnish

Preparation

  1. nuke sprouts
  2. line cookie sheet w/ foil–make sides from foil
  3. mix sauce ingredients together
  4. put nuked stalk on foil lined sheet pan–brush w/ glaze–pour remaining glaze over sprouts–bake 15 min 5.turn stalk –brush w/ glaze from sheet pan–bake 15 min 6.turn stalk–brush w/ glaze–bake 15 min 7.ck for doneness-brush w/ glaze and con’t cling if needed– 8.put on platter garnish w/ a sprinkling of dried cranberries
