Ingredients
â¢1 cup macadamia nuts
â¢1 tablespoon maple syrup
â¢Â¼ cup maple sugar, divided (you can also use coconut sugar)
â¢1 chai tea packet (spices dumped out of the tea packet)
â¢pinch of salt
Preparation
1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2.Line a baking sheet with foil and grease the top with a bit of ghee or coconut oil. 3.Place macadamia nuts on the baking sheet and toss in maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of maple sugar, and the spices from a tea packet. 4.Bake for 4 minutes, toss then bake for 4 more minutes. 5.Immediately place in bowl and toss with the last 2 tablespoon of maple sugar and a pinch of salt. Let cool then serve.
