Ingredients

•1 cup macadamia nuts

•1 tablespoon maple syrup

•¼ cup maple sugar, divided (you can also use coconut sugar)

•1 chai tea packet (spices dumped out of the tea packet)

•pinch of salt

Preparation

1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2.Line a baking sheet with foil and grease the top with a bit of ghee or coconut oil. 3.Place macadamia nuts on the baking sheet and toss in maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of maple sugar, and the spices from a tea packet. 4.Bake for 4 minutes, toss then bake for 4 more minutes. 5.Immediately place in bowl and toss with the last 2 tablespoon of maple sugar and a pinch of salt. Let cool then serve.
