Ingredients
4 pounds Flap Meat (Costco)
2/3 cup Canola Oil
1/4 cup Orange juice
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1/3 cup Lime juice
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcheshire sauce
3 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
4 cloves Garlic
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Season with salt and pepper.
Put Meat in ziplock and pour sauce over.
Let marinate for 24 hours.
Remove Meat from marinade and season with salt and pepper.
Bbq to your desired doneness.
