Ingredients
1 cup sugar
4 batches egg whites
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation
place sugar, egg whites and salt in a pan (metal mixing bowl) over double boiler
whisk constantly over heat until sugar dissolved - hot to the touch - 5 min
pour into a mixing bowl and beat 2 - 3 min
