Ingredients
6 fresh tomatoes
1 cucumber, seeded
1 green pepper, seeded and deveined
1 Vidalia onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lime, juiced
Preparation
Combine in blender. Bam. Done. Let sit at least an hour before serving.
