3 eggs separated

3 eggs whole

1tb chicken fat

1 cup matzo meal

Preparation

beat egg whites stiff. separetely beat egg yolk with whole eggs add chicken fat and matzo meal to yould and effs. Add salt and fold in whites (will be semi lookse) regrigerate until stiff (add more matzo meal if nec). form small balls and drop into boiling water. boil 25-30 min.
