Ingredients

2 ounces blanco tequila

1/2 ounce Borducan Orange Liqueur

2 ounce fresh pineapple juice

1 ounce turmeric paste*

Black pepper, about 4 grinds or to taste

2-3 ounces sparkling water

Orange slice and pineapple wedge for garnish

Preparation

Pour tequila, orange liqueur, pineapple juice, and turmeric paste into a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously for a slow 10 second count- make sure the turmeric paste is well combined!

Pour sparkling water in to the mixing tin and strain into a short rocks glass or small coupe.

Add more sparkling water if desired.

Grind black pepper over top and garnish with pineapple spear and orange twist. Use the spear to stir in the black pepper.
