Ingredients
3 Tbsp onion
4.5 slices whole wheat bread
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 lb ground beef from round
salt

Preparation
- Turn oven on 350°
- Cut 3 Tbsp onion in tiny cubes Put in silver mixing bowl
- Rip 4.5 slices whole wheat bread in ~1 inch squares
- Add 3 eggs 3/4 cup milk 1 1/2 lb ground beef from round
- Sprinkle some salt & pepper
- Get out med glass bowl Rub with olive oil
- Stir meat & rest with hands Put in glass bowl
- Put in oven
- Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes
- After 1/2 hour, drain juice (in bowl/cup)
- After 1 hour (total time), turn down 300°
- After 1 hr and 15 min (total time), cut open to see if done
Serve with mashed potatoes and sauteed green beans
