Ingredients

3 Tbsp onion

4.5 slices whole wheat bread

3 eggs

3/4 cup milk

1 1/2 lb ground beef from round

salt

pepper

Preparation

  1. Turn oven on 350°
  2. Cut 3 Tbsp onion in tiny cubes Put in silver mixing bowl
  3. Rip 4.5 slices whole wheat bread in ~1 inch squares
  4. Add 3 eggs 3/4 cup milk 1 1/2 lb ground beef from round
  5. Sprinkle some salt & pepper
  6. Get out med glass bowl Rub with olive oil
  7. Stir meat & rest with hands Put in glass bowl
  8. Put in oven
  9. Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes
  • After 1/2 hour, drain juice (in bowl/cup)
  • After 1 hour (total time), turn down 300°
  • After 1 hr and 15 min (total time), cut open to see if done

Serve with mashed potatoes and sauteed green beans
