Ingredients

1 pound Ground Beef

1 Onion

1/4 pound Bacon

2 Eggs

1/4 cup Milk

1/2 cup Breadcrumbs

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Pepper

1/2 tablespoon Crushed Red Pepper

1 tablespoon Garlic

6 ounces Pepper Jelly

10 ounces Chili Sauce

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine all ingredients except jelly and chili sauce.

Roll into 1.5 inch meatballs and place in pan.

Bake meatballs for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine jelly and chili sauce in pot or slow cooker. Heat on medium-low until well-mixed.

Add meatballs to sauce and simmer and coat until ready to serve.
