Ingredients

2 cup sugar

1 cup egg whites 6-8

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/4 cup chocolate morsels or dark chocolate pieces

Preparation

oven 275, heat water in a pot with a steamer over water - set a medium low heat

dissolve egg whites and sugar in rubber bowl in steamer about 5 minutes

remove from heat when sugar is dissolved and beat until stiff peaks form with hand mixer set on high - takes 5- 10 minutes

stir in chocolate chips and beat on medium to incorporate

cookie sheet with parchment paper - place large spoonfuls of mixture onto parchment paper leaving 1" around each blob

bake for 45 minutes, remove from oven and cool completely before storing in tin box
