Ingredients
16 oz jar of chunky salsa
1 lb ground beef
2 c monterey jack cheese
1 pkg biscuits
Preparation
Brown beef. Cut biscuits into quarters. Grease pan 14 x 8 or 12 x 6. Put in biscuits, cover with salsa, beef and cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-40 min.
