Ingredients

3 lbs. Pork (shoulder or less expensive cut)

1 lb. Pinto Beans (soaked in water overnight)

2 med. Onions (chopped)

3 cloves Garlic (minced)

1 - 7 oz. can Green Chiles

1 Tbls Cayenne Pepper (& other Mexican

spices)

pepper

Condiments: cilantro, lettuce, fritos corn chips, avacadoes, cheddar cheese, slice black olives, hot sauce.

Preparation

Put meat, 7 cups of water, onion, green chiles, garlic, cayenne pepper, & other seasonings in a large pot. Simmer (covered) for 5 hours, until meat beginnt to fall apart. The last hour uncover and continue cooking and stirring. Serve over fritoes (corn chips) with all the condiments to add as desired. Enjoy with plenty of beer!
