Ingredients
2 pounds Ground Beef
2 packets Taco Seasoning
2 cans Refried Beans
1 16oz bag Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
1 package Large Flour Tortillas
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Salsa
Preparation
Cook the ground beef in a large skillet until brown.
Drain.
Add the taco seasoning and follow the instructions on the packet.
Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
Lay out one of the tortilla shells on the sheet.
Spread a portion of the beans over the tortilla shell.
Spread a portion of the meat over the beans.
Spread a portion of the cheese over the meat.
Place another tortilla shell and repeat until the beans and meat are gone.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the baking sheet with the prepared tortillas on the middle oven rack and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
Slice into quarters.
Put sour cream and salsa on each section.
Serve.
