Ingredients

1 can Chicken breast, drained

1/2 can Sweet peas, drained

1 stalk Celery, chopped fine

1/4 cup Dry roasted peanuts, crushed

2 tablespoons Paremesan Cheese

2 tablespoons Sour Cream

Preparation

Open and drain Chicken and Peas. Combine in a medium mixing bowl.

Finely chop the celery and crush the nuts into similar sized pieces. Add to the mixture.

Add the parmesan cheese, to taste.

Add sour cream and mix to bind the mixture. Add a little more if you need, but use caution. You don’t want too much where the sour cream taste starts to overtake the rest of the mix.
