Ingredients
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp butter, melted
3 pkg cream cheese
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 c whipping cream
2 c blueberries
1 tbsp lemon zest
Preparation
mix crumbs with sugar and butter and press into paper lined muffin cups beat cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth, add eggs 1 at a time pour over crusts bake 25-30 minutes cool completely and chill 2 hours beat cream until stiff, spread on cakes and top with berries and zest
