Ingredients
1 Box Brownie mix - rich, gooey like Ghiradelli with chocolate chips
12 Lindt Lindor Peppermint white chocolate truffles or Peppermint Extra Dark Truffles or some combination of those or other high-quality mint chocolate adding up to about 6-7 oz.
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
1 t. vanilla
Preparation
After cooking brownies, arrange truffles on top in one layer; place brownies back in oven 1 minute. Spread melted chocolate with oiled spatula to frost brownies evenly; sprinkle with crushed candy canes if desired. Cut into 36 squares; serve in paper candy cups.
