1/4 cup Mirin
2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp Minced Ginger
2 tsp Sesame oil
4 Salmon Fillets
Salt Ground Pepper
Ponzu
Preparation
Whisk Together Pour Marinade and cover for 30 mins. not too long or gets salty
400 degrees bake 15 mins covered 5 mins without cover total 2 mins
