1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 honey
1 tablepsoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1/4 cup fresh pineapple juice
Preparation
Mix soy sauce, water, honey, garlic, sesame oil. Add grated ginger and minced garlic. Add pepper. Chop scallions very thin and add to mixture. Peel fresh pineapple and extract jice. Add pineapple juice to marinade. Can be kept up to one day in refrigerator.
