Ingredients
1 Fettuccine
1 salt
1 mint jelly
1 bag basil leaves, chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
8 cloves garlic, crushed / finely chopped
1 bag parmesan
Preparation
Cook Pasta
Blend garlic, and basil leaves, and oregano, thyme and a dash of lemon zest. Add olive oil as you blend, as well as a little bit of water. Add some cheese and blend until creamy.
Transfer blend mix to pan, cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve pasta and pesto together with dried breadcrumbs / croutons and parmesan on the side.
